The cooling time in this temperature zone lasts for 12 minutes. For fourth temperature zones, the bottle temperature will go down by 35 - 40 degrees centigrade, in which area, bottles are cooled by desalted water and dried by air blowing device. Then the surplus water will go to the previous temperature zone.
