Tips for Specimen Collection:

The urine specimen must be collected in a clean, dry plastic or plass container.

^ε^ The first morning urine is preferred since it generally contains the highest concentretion of HCG.

Interpretation of Results:

1. Positive: -Two distinct purple bands apear one in test region and one in control region.

2. Negative:-One band only appears in the control region.

3. Invalid:-No band appears in the control region or only one band apears in the test region.

NOTE: The test should be read in approximately 1-3 minutes. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.
