The unit comes standard with a fat melt cycle for easy and efficient preparation, and includes an accurate temperature control zone ranging from 200° Fahrenheit to 390° Fahrenheit to guarantee the perfect outcome. A solid state digital read temperature control and two countdown timers expedite the process and ensure that products are not overcooked. To distribute heat evenly and quickly, the fryer is fixed with low watt density ribbon style heating elements, and this model comes standard with 2 fry baskets so that batches of fries, chicken, fish and more can be switched out and production levels can be kept at their peak.
