A. Components

1. Can stacking machine, it can automatically arrange cans and feed the filling line on the stainless conveyor belt. It has explosion-proof motor and is available to change the speed at any time. The motor power is 0.55 Kw。

2. Fully automatic content filling machine, it consists of three filling nozzles, its max. filling capacity is 600 ml. Full automatic content filling machine is suitable for any kind of liquid (included liquid with medium viscosity), and it has a good self-sucking capability.

1. Fully automatic crimping and LPG filling machine, it consists of one crimping head and correct valves nozzle and three filling nozzles. The machine has option of no can no filling. Its max. Filling capacity is 600 ml. It is applicable to fill with Propane, Butane, Freon, Dimethyl Ether (DME), Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Oxygen, compressed air and 134a. In addition it fit for all kinds of valves.

4) Conveyor belt (including packing table), which connect all the parts. The all line includes cans stacking, content filling, crimping and gas filling, and so on. Valve fixing, actuator fixing, cap fixing and packing are done by workers. The length of conveyor belt is subject to customer’s requirement.
