APPLICATIONS

When this nanopowder is evenly distributed and well dispersed in ink, the ink will be equipped with an excellent monodispersing property and so its performance is increased.
? The increase in monodispersion of ink also provides excellent fluidity and lubricity. Thus, the quantity of ink used is reduced while the sheltering ability is enhanced.
? Owing to the intrinsic characteristics of the nanopowder, the gloss and adhesive force onto a surface are greatly improved.
DIRECTIONS
The amount of addition to ink is 2-3%. It could be either directly distributed and homogenized during the ink production or transformed into a pre-scattered slurry before use.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
This nanopowder is packed and sealed in multi-layer plastic bags, mainly 25kgs/bag, along with a Certificate of Analysis which contains: manufacturer name, product name, product grade, batch number, production date, net weight, product specification and the execute standard. This nanopowder should be stored in dry places and avoid direct light.
