Pillow block outer spherical bearing is consisted of spherical bearing and pillow block with spherical surface. When using, it is not necessary to design bearing housing. Because pillow block spherical bearing is with small size, sample structure, installed in the machines design place directly and convenient to be used. Pillow block is the integral structure with large carrying capacity, excellent rigidity, and bearing and pillow block can be interchanged, that is mean the same pillow block can install kinds of different bearings. In the same way, the same pillow block also can adapt different kinds of pillow blocks.

Outer spherical bearings with pillow block can work with two pillow blocks of different shaft, the maximum self-auto-adjustable angle is 2°. We take ten tolerance to measure the inner diameter of pillow block outer spherical bearings, which form the clearance fit under the performing with shaft. Though the jack bolt on one side of the inner ring, eccentric sleeve or adapter sleeve fastens the bearing on the shaft to reduce the accuracy requirement of the shaft, then quite convenient to install or change the bearing. 

Generally, pillow block outer spherical bearing is the pre-filled lubricant grease, which takes double-layer sealing, adapt to the conditions of  power, mud water and corrosive medium, and is beneficial for the machine to work.

Pillow block outer spherical bearing has the excellent rotational accuracy, so that it can be re-lubrication conveniently. The windage on it is bigger than on the same-size deep groove ball bearing, because the temperature range makes small affection on its precision.
