EPE whitening masterbatch, EPE whitening master batch:
Recently, the cost of raw material increased sharply accompany with more and more EPE factory appear. And the customers stress more on the quality, the competition on the EPE become more and more serious. To reduce the cost, most of the factories used a lot of recycled material. But the EPE product made of recycled material is black. If add the whitening agent into the material directly, will lead to color asymmetry because of asymmetrical distribution. To solve the problems above, we developed the special whitening masterbatch for EPE.

The EPE whitening masterbatch consist of LDPE, TiO2, whitening agent, stabilizer agent, dispersing agent, antioxidant, antiaging agent and other component. It can improve the whiteness of the EPE sheet obviously and make it seems more thick, plump, make the colour and luster uniform to increase the dosage of recycled materials in producing to low cost.
Application:
Mainly used for whitening butane foam EPE.

Usage
Add appropriate EPE Whitening masterbatch according the desired whiteness of EPE products. Suggest quantity: 0.8-1.5%, i. E. 8-15kgs/ton(if the dosage of recycled material increase, it should be increased accordingly)

Packing and storage:
Packed in PP weaving or paper bag with inner lining PO film; 25kg/bag. Store it in the dry place with good ventilation. Avoid sunshine insolation, high temperature, rain pour and stress.
