Foaming agent Masterbatch, EPE improving foam masterbatch:
1: Characteristic:
The EPE compound improving foam masterbatch is special designed for butane physical foam EPE. It take LDPE as carrier, consist of organic and inorganic compound nucleating agent, GMS, stabilizing agent, dispersing agent, foamer etc.
Advantage compared with adding talcum powder and MGS:
-help to EPE sheet forming, keep EPE sheet stable;
-improving foam effect (improving flatness, cell uniformity, avoid thin EPE sheet from shayan *and broken);
-improving environment;
-no more need Talcum powder and MGS;
-keep MGS and Nucleating agent uniform in EPE sheet to reduce the EPE sheet surface greasy.
-can achieve adding material automatically
-enhancing the work efficiency
Note: Shayan *: The quality defect caused by nucleating agent distributing uneven in EPE sheet.

3: Usage
__when the EPE sheet thickness>=5mm, using EPE improving Foam masterbatch 1(EPE-F1);
__when the EPE sheet thickness<5mm, using EPE improving Foam masterbatch 2(EPE-F2);
__no any Talcum Powder when adding EPE-F1 or EPE-F2 in the pre-mixing;
__The ratio is usually from 1 % to 1. 5% when using brandnew material. It should be reduced accordingly when adding other Nucleating agent(such as color masterbatch, anti-static masterbatch, whitening masterbatch, recycled materials etc. ) or using recycled material.

4: Package:
Packed by pp weaving or paper bag with inner lining PO film, 25kg/bag. Keep the place windy and dry, avoid from sunshine, high temperature and rainy.
