Feature of structure

Model BR-B5D(BR-B6D) thermal protector makes bimetallic butterfly piece as thermal sensitive reaction element when its temperature is set. The produced heat when the temperature or current is increased will transfer to the bimetallic butterfly piece. If it reaches the predicated temperature, it can act quickly and makes the contact point off and turn off the circuit. When the temperature is dropped to predicated reset value, the bimetallic butterfly will be restores quickly and make the contact point close and the circuit turns on. The product has many advantages such as compact, insulation at outer case (PBT high temperature engineering material), sensitive in action, high capacity of contact point and long life and so on.
