1.This machine is applicable for scissoring up leather, plastics, nylon fabric, paper board, emery cloth, foam, synthetic fiber and non-metallic materials, especially for blanking of broad width materials. It is improved by overcoming the shortcomings of the gear-type plane feeding machine, with a scissoring speed 1.5 times larger than that of the common cutting machine.

1. This machine adopts an integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic design, easy to operate, and long-term training is not required for the operator (But the operator shall be familiar with operation procedure of the machine, and any non-compliant operation shall be avoided.).
2. This machine is equipped with the automatic lubrication system, which ensures regular lubricating oil filling is not required, as well as helps to reduce wear and prolong service life.
3. The machine adopts the hydraulic system, and its lower limit of the travel is controlled by the travel switch with high precision, so it can make high quality footwear. The time relay can control the elevation position of the pressing board with the emergency elevation button, which is simple, convenient and reliable in operation. All hydraulic components are imported from abroad.
4. The main components of the machine including main shaft, pull rod and piston are made of high quality steel, so they are very durable.
