This machinery can continuously produce foam or solid EPDM profile and strip of different sizes and shapes.

Production process:

Mixing materials – extrusion and shaping – curing (foam) – cooling – cutting - rewinding

EPDM strip boasts such advantages as waterproof, dustproof, leak proof, shockproof, insulation, high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, ozone resistance, harmless and non-toxic, tasteless.

These strips can be used in window, door, automobile, vessel, machinery, container, construction, etc..

A: guarantee period: 12 months. It begins from successful installation and commissioning in customer’s factory.

Q: Do you provide formula (recipe) and technology?

A: We provide formula and technology. We can adjust the formula to meet requirements of customer and local market.

Q: how long will the machinery be finished?

A: It will be finished within 60-120 days according to the machine size.

Q: how many workers are needed to operate the production line?

A: 6-8.

A: we will provide specification, brands and suppliers of materials. Or we can directly provide mixed materials. Or we can help customer to buy them.
