· Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

· Q: When can I get the quotation?

A: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the

quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail,so that we could regard your inquiry priority.

A: Absolutely,free samples for valuable customer to check quality.

· Q: what express do you often use to send the samples?

A:We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx or SF.It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

· Q: How many days to delivery?

A: 20- 45 days for small order,actual days subject to quantity.

· Q: What's your company payment terms?

A: 40% in advance,60% before shipment by HSBC,Western Union,T/T,Paypal.
