Imaging Scanner NDT Inspection Equipment , Directional X Ray Flaw Detector
Introduction & Application
Usable for inspection of rubber, wood, electronic components or polymeric products such as plastic, for detection of foreign bodies in food, and for fluorography of plants or animals. Use of high-sensitivity film makes it possible to inspect up to 6 mm iron thickness and up to 70 mm aluminum.

The low weight and compact size of these portable X-ray Flaw Detectors make them an ideal solution for field inspection. Due to high frequency switching technology, XXG-3005 produce an extremely stable X-ray output for very short exposure times. The control unit is microprocessor controlled.
KV, mA and exposure time can be adjusted by keyboard entry or by selecting one of the 100 exposure programs. All operational information is available on a 2-line LED display. Tube head warning lamp, pressure and temperature are all monitored to prevent operation in unsafe condition.
The control unit recognizes individual tube heads and automatically selects the required running-in programs. For operation monitoring, data of the latest 100 exposures are recorded and can be recalled on the display or downloaded to a printer.
The XXG-3005 is insensitive to power supply irregularities and has a low level of power consumption. The thin, light interconnection and power supply cables are equipped with shock resistant plugs. Along with the robust metal-ceramic X-ray tube, this leads to a very reliable, easy-to-handle portable X-ray Flaw Detector.
