Production Application

The PVC(PU) belt jointing machine body is made of stainless steel material. this press is ideal for splicing

thermoplastic conveyor belts (e.g. PVC, PU belts). It is equipped with an external control box and a water-

pump. The water pump is used for pumping water into water tank to make a water cycle to cool the

machine.

The CMX series water cooling belt jointing presses are provided with electric heating and built in water

cooling. The splice process is fully automated.

Advantages

1) It takes 20 minutes to heat up to 200℃,and takes 3 minutes to cool down to 60℃.The horizontal

    direction temperature error below2℃,completely meets the requirement of the belt joint;
