WL-Smartlam7500B-8 is designed for the safe and efficient lamination of a variety of contact and contactless cards. Exceptional features to ensure perfect lamination result.

Features Production capacity is up to 32,000 cards per hour. Max. laminating area in 55*700mm. 10 level setting for thermal oil heating system ensures high precision temperature control (±1.5℃). The main frame of heating and cooling presses are constructed of rigid welded steel. The main hydraulic cylinders are hardened, ground and hard-chromium plated. The pressure settings at the different stages of heating and cooling are programmable. Uniform application of pressure thereby avoids discoloration. The heating temperature is evenly and accurately distributed across the total hot platen area. Fast transfer into the cooling press can allow for uniform cooling of the material over the complete area. Fully automatic production cycle eliminates manual operation mistakes and reduces manpower costs. The comprehensive touch screen display panel, with its ability to keep thousands of working programs, allows for perfect ease of operation.

         The fault-finding diagnostics makes it easy to do maintenance and trouble-shooting.
