The main structure
The machine is suitable for all kinds of dye dyeing and processing, its main parts adopt SUS321 stainless steel, and is equipped with automatic switching, automatic counting, automatic stop function;Also has the features such as constant velocity and constant tension.
The machine can be divided into mechanical parts and electrical control system of two parts:
(1) mechanical parts
1) cover
The cloak is made of stainless steel plate, polishing and inside and outside.Housing is equipped with steam escape window on both sides.Before and after equipped with Windows, on both sides of the handle can rotate to open the lid to in and out of the fabric.
2) the main roller assembly
This machine two main drum roll surface or the SUS321 stainless steel plate coating, the main roller end through the reducer is connected to a dc motor and the other end is installed on the bracket,  the two main cylinder with two dc motor respectively.
3) dyeing tank assembly assembly
Dyeing tank is made of SUS321 stainless steel plate welding and become, on both sides of groove is equipped with adjustable collision block and the lower roller;The bottom of the channel is equipped with heating steam pipe,  dye bath after pickling passivation treatment.
4) screw up assembly
Each parts adopt SUS321 when tight frame structure made of stainless steel plate and steel tube,  rotational support bearing adopts bakelite bearings, when tight frame adjustable open width radian.
5) motor driving part
Motor driving part is composed of mechanical system and electric control system,  two main roller respectively by two dc motor through a belt and reducer drive.The main drum revolution through proximity switch was introduced into the PLC,  and by PLC system.Transmission system can automatically reversing,  meter,  automatic parking.
6) line
The machine with steam pipe and water pipe, steam pipe inlet steam pressure this 3 kg/cm2 admission valve control, conduit pipe is separated from the machine installation, use water stop valve control, controlled by rubber water discharge dye solution.
(2) the electric control system
The machine work main dc motor through a belt and the main roller rotary reducer drive, through the mechanical parts and electrical drive control system coordinated jig dyeing alternately, in order to meet the requirements of the fabric dyeing.
