We always do the testing in house for every new products or send them to the third party for testing if necessary. We offer 1 year warranty for wheels/rims and  2 years for frame/fork/seatpost. You can claim for replacement or refund after you receive our products. Below are the warranty procedure:1. Please make sure the warranty is valid before submitting your claim. 2.
