Traditionial cleaning method is use brush by hand to clean it one by one,  but this cost lot of time and huge labor cost. 

Ultrasonic transmit sound througn the water/liquid and this causes microscopic bubbles to form on the surface of anything in the solution. The bubbles then grow like a ballon until they implode. Millions of bubbles explode at same time to clean the blinds.
