Production Description

Single Desulphurization wet scrubber is made of carbon steel and lined with granite. Several modules are separated and assembled at site. (Or made as a whole steel-made tower and lined with granite.) Inside devices include three-level spray systems, two-level baffle demisters and three-level backwash spray equipments. The efficiency to get rid of SO2 can be up to 90%.

Inside Details of Desulphurization Wet Scrubber

Small tower uses steel plate with outer lining steel plate, inter lining granite, and middle acid-resistant castable. Spray device use material of FRP or 316L stainless steel.

Demister in large tower is made of GRPP, which can bear 130 ℃ flue gas and high speed flow washout. Modular demister is convenient for installation and replacement.

Desulfurization & dedusting specialized non-clogging nozzle. Mainly made of silicon carbide, PTFE, 316L and ceramic.

Eddy plate is used for uniforming gas distribution in the tower and mixing gas-liquid fully, which greatly increases the desulphurization efficiency.

Principle of Operation

Desulphurization spray layer is based on the upper part of the tower, the absorption tower slurry circulating pump corresponding to each spray layer. The nozzle configuration of spray layer is simulated designed by professional software in order to ensure good contact with alkali and acid reverse gas reaction; and finally reach purification effects. Demister installs in the upper desulphurization tower, a total of two levels. The net is used to separate the entrainment of flue gas cloud droplets, and droplet concentration in flue gas export from mist eliminator is less than 75 mg/Nm3 (dry basis). At the same time, the equipment also has spray washing device to the tiny dust particles adhesion and desulphurization of flue gas crystallization on the demister system resistance increases.

Installation

Installation and Precautions

1. When installation, equipment should refer to general assembly drawing from the bottom to the top sequentially. it can also be installed according to the number of each section since there are numbers attached on tower when the equipment is delivered.

2. When the base has been placed to the position, top flange washer should be covered 1-2cm thick furan resin daub from the second section, and then the uppers can be lift one by one.

3.Installation of equipment inlet: orientation of inlet should be determined in advance (ensure the consistency between inlet center of device and the boiler outlet duct center so as to connect with air duct conveniently)

4. Please follow the above steps to install successively. After finishing water tank section, please enter into the device with ladder or scaffold and clear excess cement of cyclone muff, seam between internal section and section should be filled.

5. Please pay attention to the position of water feeding so as to connect the position of spray nozzle and pump.

6. After finishing the installation of tower, please make sure the seal of flange joints.

Points for Attention

1.Please clean up settling tank regularly. Ash deposition will cause the incomplete precipitation of dust and desulfurization products. If impurity content of water which flows into clean water tank is too high, it will block pump and spray device so that desulfurization effect will be influenced.

2.Feed water flow control: Adjust water flow supply and control the water supply in allowed range. Do not bring liquid water into induced fan and chimney.

3.Boiler room operators should seriously record following information in time: the amount of alkali, PH value of water in tank, water addition, PH value of ash water and cleaning dust situation of depositing chamber.

4.Check whether the pump, fan and electric motor are heating, whether there is abnormal noise and whether there is seepage water of pump.

5.Check whether desulfurization products generate crystallizing, if crystallizing has been generated; please change circulating water in tank in case of clogging nozzle and affecting desulfurization
