Shancheng domestic diaphragm gas meters G1.6, G2.5, G4 are gas volume measurement instrument for coal gas, natural gas, LPG etc. It is designed and developed according to world advanced technology, based on our rich experience, with the merits of small size, light in weight, accurate measurement, high sensibility, low noise, in accordance with Chinese standards GB/T6968-1997 and international standards OIML R31.
     

Functions

1.        Inner rotary parts of self-lubricating materials.

2.        Case: steel, inlet & outlet connection, digital display.

3.        Synthetic rubber for diaphragm with long service life.

4.        Equipped with anti-theft device to prevent reverse flow of gas through the meter.

5.        Magnetic transmission for volume indication keeps excellent air tight.

6.        Rotary valve operation type ensures long time stable, smooth operation and minimum wear.

7.         High quality plastic and stainless metal components, plastic coating inside and outside the cases ensure the meter’s long-life service. 

8.        It is installed a detecting device in the indicator, located at indicating wheel 0.1m³ or 0.01m³, with high permanent magnet imbedded in the wheel, and two reed switches, which has the merits of reliable signal transfer and long service life. The pulse signal can be detected and send out 10 times per cubic meter or 100 times cubic meter, it is optional to the customers. There’s a wire at the side of the indicator, for the transfer of signal outside.
