ZL23 Type fibre filter rod shaping machine is composed of YL13 opening & gluing machine and YL23 filter rod shaping machine.It uses diacetate fiber filament bundle and polypropylene fibre filament bundles as raw materials,and through such procedures as opening,screw opening,gluing,packing and rolling,side sealing,shaping and cutting,manufactures the filter rods of equallength that comply with the requirements for high-speed connecting and installing.
    Opening machine operates in 3-stage air opening and 2-stage screw rolleropening,so that the filament bundles can be fully extended,loosenned and expanded and uniformly glued.The shaping machine is driven by high-precision helical bevel gear and stubs in parallel.Single cutter is used to cut filter rods,which ensures small errors in the length of filter rods.The cigarette pipe is integral pipe and applies the side sealing process with thermosol,and thus is simple to adjust and easy to operate and reliablesticking and bonding is ensured.The cutting blades can advance and sharpen automatically,in order to keep filter rod cut smooth and flat.
