The rayson LK4-320 Pouch Laminator was manufactured by Akiles Products with high-quality parts and components that will offer you many years of trouble-free operation and performance.giving you a consistent finish for any document up to 0.08" thick. Silicone rollers and an adjustable temperature give the operator control, as well as the option whether to run laminating pouches with or without pouch carriers. The rayson LK4-320 will laminate standard lamination pouches of various thicknesses, compositions and melting points. The extra-wide entry and exit throats (9.84" entry, 10.63" exit) help reduce accidental jamming that may occur with a mis-aligned pouch, which is especially valuable for extra long pouches, such as legal size.

Tips for Problem Free Laminating

Ensure that you have the right type and weight of pouch for the item to be laminated. Refer to the manufacturer guidelines. Ensure that the machine is properly warmed up to the right temperature. Ensure that the item to be laminated is right up to sealed edge of pouch, allowing a 2mm (minimum) border around the rest of the document to avoid jamming.
