1 Working Principle:

Medicinal powder and some volume of adhesive should be mixed and pinched into the uniform raw material.Then put into hopper, fall into extrusion chamber, Under the gravity,the wet material will go forward by the rotating of screw Rod. Through the sieve plate,the cylinder shape granule will extruded from the sieve hole uniformly and fastly.

2 Application:

This equipment is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, fertilizers, fine chemicals and other industrial areas of spherical granules. Particularly in the field of medicine, which is the effective tools for pharmaceutical controlled-release and sustained release pellet formulation.It can provide equipment protection for the development of new varieties.

3 Equipment composition:

The machine is consist of machine box,feeding hopper,screw extruding device,driving system,electrical control system,inverter and so on.

4 Features:

       1) The machine devices in the chassis, compact structure, small volume, light weight, low                 noise and appearance; doors on one side of the chassis, which is easy for disassembly and         repair; easy to use and flexible.

2) The feeding hopper ,extruder rod and sieve is easy for exchange and clean.

4) The sieve has the same size of screen mesh, uniform distribution, no Burr, smooth screen surface; thus the graule is good, regular size.After drying,the fluidity is well.Through the different size of sieve,the granule of different diameters will be gained.

5) Using inverter,you can control the extruding speed based on the requirement of different material.With the correct speed,the granule can be extruded with its perfect shape.Also the machine can used for large range.
