4.      Workingprinciple

Twomotors simultaneously reverse rotation to make  the exciter generated reverse excitation force,forcing the sieve led the mesh to make longitudinal movement, to make thematerial accept centrifugal force so that could thrown forward a range periodically,so as to complete the screening material sub-operations.

Linearvibrating screen have a dual vibration motors.When the two vibration motors makesynchronize and reverse rotation, the excitation force that generated by theeccentric block are offset in the direction of parallel motor axis, then stackeda resultant force in the direction of perpendicular to motor shaft, Therefore,screening machine trajectory is a straight line.

Two motorshaft relative to the screen surface has a dip, under the action of the forceof material gravity and excitation force, The screen surface material beingtossed leap forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purposes of screeningand grading for material.

6.      Structure

Thescreening machine is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame, screen,vibration motor, motor pedestal, damping spring, frame and other components.

1) screenbox: Made from a few different kinds of thickness steel plate, having a certainstrength and stiffness, it is a major component of screening machine.

2) thescreen frame: Made of pine or small deformed wood, mainly used to maintain thescreen flat, reaching the normal screening.

3) screen:there is low-carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire mesh and severalkinds.

4) thevibration motor (use and maintenance methods are detailed in vibration motormanual).

5) themotor pedestal: Install vibration motor, Before using, the connector screwsmust be tight,especiallythe new screening machine is trial in three days, it must be repeated tightlyto avoid loose causing the accident.

6)damping spring: prevent vibration transmitted ground, while supporting the fullweight of the screen box, when installation, the spring must be perpendicularto the ground.

7) Stand:made of four pillars and two channel, supporting sieve box, when installation,it must be vertical with the ground pillars, the channel in the following ofthe two pillars should be parallel to each other.

7.      Installationand usage

Thedevice should be fixed on a dedicated foundation by embedded bolts. If you donot play special foundations, should be on the table and laid between theequipment base vibration rubber sheet before using the device must beconfigured to secure the grounding line of protection .

Note: Theinstallation place, must be transported before starting to fix the sieve andbase of the device removed.

Newscreening machine installed, the following requirements shall be checked :

1) checkthe vibrating motor winding insulation resistance to earth , it must be dried beforeuse if less than 20MΩ.

2) sieveand base unit , lower spring seat ring , the spring should be completelyembedded in the vertical spring retainer to ensure balanced sieve , vibratingsieve machine and machine parts do not have any other objects outside the rigidconnections or contacts .
