Description:

The BCP series of belt presses utilizes a combination of chemical conditioning, gravity drainage and mechanical pressure in a continuous feed system to dewater sludge. The sludge is squeezed between tensioned serpentine belts and a series of decreasing diameter rollers to remove moisture and create a dewatered sludge cake.

BCP belt presses are manufactured with a belt width ranging from 0.5 to 3 m and with varying levels of automation. Belt presses can be supplied as a free standing unit or as a part of a complete sludge dewatering package, customized to suite any waste treatment needs

Working principle:

After mixing with the prepared flocculation in the dynamic and static mixer, the small particles solids in the concentrated sludge would form bigger size of flocculated sludge and the free water is separated. Flocculated sludge is conveyed to the belt then it further goes to the gravity dewatering area. Under the gravity, free wat
