----Material of cylinder barrels: Based on calculation of loading and yielding point strength, the cylinder adopts 20MnTiB to adjust the material so that its tensile strength(σ B/Mpa): >=1130, yield point(σ S/Mpa): >=930 and the barrel wall thickness can be reduced to its lowest point and thus reduce the weight of the cylinder.

-----Material of piston and guide: The use of 7075 aluminum alloy can maintain its strength while reduce its weight.

-----Welding: It adopts such processes as weld preheating, infrared temperature monitor ring and post weld treatment, and uses ultrasonic inspection to prevent weld defect.
