Jiangsu XingRong High-Tech Co.,Ltd initially invents and adopts the new tube fabrication process for aluminum clad copper tube (ACC tube), which was awarded the international patent. ACC tube can be widely used in condenser, radiator, connection pipe of air-conditioner and refrigerator, as well as the dehumidifier and cold-drier. Comparing with the copper tube, ACC tube has the advantage of better heat exchanging ratio, light weight, and lower fabrication cost, and it will replace copper tubing used for air-conditioner, refrigerator, and heat exchanger in short future. Around 30% tube purchasing cost can be saved if the air-conditioner OEM uses ACC tube in radiator and condenser, heat exchange efficiency and EER(energy efficiency ratio) also can be increased ,comparing with pure copper tube.
