Walnut Shell Filter
Overview:For the nature of hydrophilic but not oleophylic,Website: , mixing in backwash makes mutual friction of walnuts to give strong desorption capacity that causes the strong regeneration capacity and good chemical stability which help the long-term stability of filter performance. The equipment adopts deep bed filtration that greatly improves interception capacity. Proprietary technology of anti-blocking maze replacing ordinary water distribution screen avoids the clogging phenomena arising from the operating time increase or water quality change during filter operation. It is characterized by strong adsorption capacity and big amount of sewage interception; oil immersion resistant, double removal of oil and suspended particles; easy regeneration, no chemicals feed for backwash; and connection in series or parallel. Operating principle: The filter, the successful researched separation equipment by taking advantage of filtration separation principle, adopts oil-resistance filter material - special walnut shell as filtering medium which utilizes large specific surface area, strong absorption and big amount of sewage interception of walnut shell to remove oil and suspended particles in water. The filter includes two kinds of control mode as automated and manual. In filtering, water flows through the water distributor, filter layer, collector in top-down to complete the filtration. In backwash, the filter material is reversed by mixer that water flows from down to top which makes filter material be cleaned thoroughly and regenerated. Scope of Application:
1. Oily sewage treatment for that comes from land and sea oilfield, petrochemical and metallurgy;
2. Oily sewage treatment for that comes from port dock and oil depot;
3. Oily sewage treatment for that comes from ships and other places;
4. Filtration treatment on oily sewage comes from steel, metallurgical and coal industries and on filtering system of recycling for other oily wastewater circulatory systems;
