Moulding:

After measuring the desired amount of poly resin, we mixed the material with certain percentage of curing material. Then we pour 33%-35% of mixed materials into the model, upon this point, we transferred the model into a vacuum box and finish the rest of the process in the vacuum box. When we pour the material, we pour it slowly along the side of the model.

Polishing:

When the product is totally solid, we wash the surface with water containing soda to make the surface smooth. Then we use crocus paper sanding the surface. We inspect every little corner to assure each product to have the best quality.

Painting:

In the process of painting, our specialized artists will paint the products according to the industrial standard. Each mirror will spend one experienced artists one day to finish because we only sell products with BEST QUALITY!!!

Packing:

Due to the high cost of international freight and express fee, our packing will be relatively simple and light. But we guarantee the intact of our product in transportation.

Q3: How many days will sample be finished and how we control the sample charge?
1. If we have available mould, samples can be finished within 7 days.

2. If we don’t have the available mould, it takes about 15days to finish the sample.

The time for making the mould is about 7days.
