What will influence the cutting effect of laser cutting machine?

1, Laser output power and mode: the higher the output power of the laser, the higher cutting quality for the same thickness plate. The better Integrating degree for the Laser cutting mode and the material, the better cutting quality.

2, Focus location: as well as the laser cutting focus is good, the cutting precision and accuracy will meet the requirements.

3, The thickness of the material: laser cutting is suitable for cutting thin plate,for carbon steel less than 12 mm and stainless steel less than 6 mm the cutting effect is obviously the best quality and efficiency. For example, while the thickness of the material < 1 mm, material incision is very smooth.

4, Cutting speed, no matter what kind of laser cutting materials, if you can make the cutting speed and material to attain the best alignment, the cutting effect is the best at this time, too fast and too slow will affect the effect of laser cutting.

5, Assist gas pressure and variety: the higher pressure, the higher purity of the gas, the dregs of the adhesive material is less, the incision is smooth. And for different type of gas,the cutting speed and effect is different.Generally speaking, oxygen cutting speed is the fastest, nitrogen gas cutting effect is best, air cutting cost minimum.

6, The surface roughness: generally speaking, if the material surface is smooth, the cutting quality will be better. Through independent research and development, laser with automatic induction system can adjust the height of the cutting head automatically according to the different thickness of the material.
