Application of jaw crusher
PE jaw crusher is widely used for crushing of stone, rock , coal, glass, metal, etc., such as limestone, granite, dolomite, marble stone, etc. in the industry of mining, construction, railway, water conservancy and chemical. Usually, in a whole production line, PE jaw crusher is for first crushing.
Working principle of jaw crusher
Jaw crusher consists of frame, eccentric shaft, belt wheel, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle backseat, gap adjusting screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. Toggle plate is also used to guarantee the security.
Jaw crusher uses electric motor as the motive power. Eccentric shaft is driven by triangle belt and genea wheel, which makes movable jaw make reciprocating motion according to the desired trajectory. Then, materials in crushing chamber (consists of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and edge plate) are crushed and the finished materials are discharged from discharging hole
The main work parts are composed of the fixed jaw plate and movabale jaw plate, The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The stuff will be crushed in this process . It is suitable to crush various kinds of ores and rocks of rough, medium hardness
