As such, the processing technique can greatly improve wood-plastic products integrative performance. Rheological properties and machining characteristics of wood-plastic compound material are different from common plastic or middle-density fiberboard. In virtue of computer assistant analysis design software, special machining techniques and equipment, as well as special extrusion mould used to make wood-plastic sheet material, mechanical performance, dimension precision and machining speed are greatly improved.
