Production Description
 
1. The concrete mixer is such a machine that turns cement, thick and thin aggregate, such as broken stone, pebble, sand, and water into cement mixture.
 
2. The JS series concrete mixer can make hard drying, plastic, fluidity, light aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortar.
 
3. The JS series concrete mixer is a type of double shafts forced concrete mixer which has two mixing shafts inside the mixing drum. When the mixer is working, both the two shafts are running. The theoretical productivity of the JS series concrete mixer varies from 25M3/h to 120M3/h.
 
4. The JS series concrete mixer can work alone. The charging and discharging are controlled by labor. It also can depend on the automatic charging and discharging system, including cement bin, automatic batching machine, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, and air compressor, to finish it. That is a set of fully automatic concrete mixer. We call it concrete batching plant.

Working Principle
 
1. Mixing system is composed of electric motor, reducer, exposed gear, and lubrication system. There are two horizontal mixing shafts in the mixing drum, and the mixing blades are fixed at the two mixing shafts.
 
2. The reducer with double gear is driven by electric motor, and the two shafts driven by exposed gear are rotating in the opposite direction at the same speed.
 
3. There is one discharge gate at the bottom of the mixing drum, discharging by manual handle or pneumatic device.
