Expanded metal most economical of all open metal products and is available as flattened, standard or raised expanded metal, micro mesh, and mini mesh, as well as expanded metal grating. Made from stainless steel, galvanized steel, carbon steel, aluminum, or copper, we produce expanded metal with diamond sizes ranging from .125" x .75” to 1.5” x 3.4”. Products are available as bond sheared or random sheared and offered in stock sheets of up to 10’ long by 8’ wide or as run-to-size orders. Expanded metals are ideal for security screens, machine guards, architectural panels, stall gates, outdoor furniture, oil pan screens, air filters, site barriers, and stud wall security screens. Expanded grating is the most economical and slip resistant of all steel gratings and does an exceptional job on inclined conveyor catwalks.
