Description:
The electric car battery pack with Smart BMS to manage the entire battery pack with below function:
1: Powered by a 24Vdc supply.
2. Provide cell protection against damage due to temperature (high and low) and SOC (high and low) by controlling charge and discharge current.
3. Can be determined State of Charge (SOC) and approximate State of Health (SOH).
4. Can provide cell voltages and temperatures.
5 Can be measure isolation.
6. Can be control the operation of precharge and main contactors.
7. Can be supervise charging and discharging of the pack. Charging of the pack being by either regenerative braking, range extension or by off board charging to IEC 62196-2 (Type 2 mode3) by the onboard Brusa NLG664 charger.
8. Canbalance cells. Please give balance current and balancing strategy (example. Passive, End of charge >3.6V)
