Brielf introduce:

LX model single girder suspension overhead crane and CD1,MD1 model electric hoist are used together as a complete set.

It is a light duty track travelling crane with trajectory which applies to and used at machinery, assembling sites and warehouses.

This product adopts ground controlling and works at a temperature of -25°C to 40°C .

It is prohibited to use the equipment at combustible, explosive or corrosive environment.

Strucuture & Feature

Main girder(two types)

1. Small lifting capacity, small span is composed of Ⅰ-beam and U steel, no beam structure.

2. Large lifting capacity, big span is composed of box beam with high quality molding and stamping U-beam and

I-beam welded.

End girder:

1. The end truck is welded by U-steel.

2. The main girder and end truck is connected by pin shaft , make the main girder swing within small range.

3. The wheels can better running on the truck without suspended in the air.

Electric hoist

Electric hoist can lift objects and traveling along the main girder, the structure, please read the specificaton of

electric hoist.

(single speed hoist,double speed hoist,chain hoist,low headroom hoist)

Traveling mechanism

1. Adapts separate-driving, driving and braking are finished by tapered brake motor.

2. The detailed structure is similar as common wire rope electric hoist.

3. Also adapts trinity-drive system, users can choose according requirements.

Electrical parts

1. Lifting and crane can be controlled separately, separate traveling or traveling at the same time.

2. The power supply of electric hoist is flat cable or special cable.

3. The electrical appliance adjusts speed without contact or spark module.

4. Equipped with position limiter, traveling position switch etc.

5. Ground wire control and ground remote control.

6. Power leading has both methods of current collector and flexible cable.
