This Automatic ALU ALU Blister packing Machine is our advanced equipment designed under updated 

improvement. It adopts the integral technology applying frequency inverter for speed control and mechanism,

 electricity, light and air to machine. Its design is in strict compliance with GMP standard and takes lead in the

 blister packer’s filed.

Description

Blister forming, hot sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt mandrel  orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel, and the bliser packing  machine has staff gauge, easy to adjust and exact orientation. Manipulator towing adopted culms double pendulum device, increased traction adjustable scope of the  itinerary (it can get to 180mm), which can fit for medicine card packaging of different sizes. The blister  packing machine can registration heating, positive forming, up and down moiré, air cylinder heating  sealing, automatic feeding, automatic lot number printing, automatc cutting die, easy to operate and  credible running. Forming positive pressure air distribution with mechanical punch, ensuring blister forming well, and  could collocate exclusive Automatic Feeder. The blister packing machine could fit for the packaging of  ampoule, needle, Xilin Bottle, big honey pill, medicine machine and some special shape etc. Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, forming dies and hot sealing  dies and impressing dies adopt bolt orientation, with exact orientation, easy to change dies and material  saving. Detachable design make the blister packing machine can be easily carried and installed according to  the requirement of user.

When make ALU ALU product: 

Turn off No.3 (Heating box),change the feeder to shaking type feeder and change molds(Forming up and down

 molds, sealing up and down molds, blanking up and down molds)

When make ALU PVC product:    Turn on all of the stations.
