Description:

3PE corrosion protection is generally composed of 3 layers of structure:

First layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100um)

Second layer adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250um

Third layer polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm

In the actual operation, the three materials are mixed into one, and the process can be combined with the steel tube to form an excellent anticorrosion coating. The processing methods are generally divided winding and die coated type two
