Product Description

Hiconics HID300A Series VFD is originally developed for industrial drives. The highlights of HID300A Series VFD lies in its convenient operation, all-round function, best quality and high stability and reliability. Function Features

1. Laminated busbar design adopted

The laminated busbar design could decrease stray inductance of switch circuit in a large extent and achieve high current carrying capacity with lower voltage drop. Its simplified structure could ensure a higher stability and security of the system.

2. Three-phase Silicon Controlled Rectifying Technology Used

The traditional soft start-up method namely contactor plus resistor was changed to reduce faults point. Whole sealing components could enhance products’ adjustment to high thickness of dust. This technology has decreased electromagnetic radiation and calorific value of the whole machine by simplifying structural configuration. The reliability of the machine has also improved in a large extent.

 

3. EMC (Electro Magnetic Compatibility) Antijamming System Adopted

By carrying out field shielding or circuit optimization around strong variable field and handling filtering process with LCR multistep filter, the weak current signal could be ensured, radiation to the outside be decreased and Antijamming capacity be improved.

 

4. Thermal Simulation Analysis Technology Used

Carrying out thermal simulation analysis to the VFD could clarify distribution of current field and temperature field, optimize design of air channel or cooling system, make sure temperature of the whole machine well-distributed and structural heat dissipation more precise and ensure a reliable operation in a relatively long time.

 

5. Engineering Narrow Body Design Technology

Combination of Engineering design, miniaturization, narrow body design, high power density and low weight together could achieve engineering GGD cabinet installation more easily and saving installation space and cost as well.

 

6. Rotational Speed Tracing Function

Rotational speed tracing restart function could achieve a smooth start-up of the rotating motor without any shock.

 

7. DC-Braking Method Adopted

DC Braking method could realize a fast and accurate stop of machine without any shock

 

8. Low Frequency Oscillation Function

Effective restraining arithmetic is used to solve problems like stator current oscillation and torque ripple that exist in traditional asynchronous motor to improve stability of the system.

 

9. Independent Air Channel Design Adopted

By reserving independent air channel installation function in advance, our VFD could achieve embedded installation and the air channel part could be installed inside the wall, which could save space and prevent damages of cooling fan created by high fiber environment.

 

10. Limiting Current according to Wave

The method of limit current according to wave could limit the output current in the range of the set point, thus could decrease probability of over current fault of VFD and improve the Antijamming capacity of the products.

We will delivery for you after you done the full payment within 3 to 15 working days

b. Payment

For small order by air or by express, it is 100% T/T in advance.

For large order by ocean, 30% deposit of the order value should be paid, 70% of the balance payment should be done before delivery

c. Packing                           

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the prices include packing in accordance with Hiconics customary standard of packing.
