High Silica Fiberglass Staple Yarn
High-Silica fiberglass is a kind of high-temperature resistant inorganic fiber that contains more that 96% of SiO² with soft point 1700°C. It will keep good state when work at 800°C for long time, 1450°C for 10 minutes and 1600°C for 15 seconds. So it can be used as antiablator and heat insulating material in aerospace industry, dust collect material in high temperature gas, high-temperature liquid filter and melting metal filter. We adopt Na² O -B ²O -SiO² systems glass to make high silica fiberglass, that bring about 3-5 times of final strength compare to that treated from E-Glass.
