GRC roving (AR roving)
As per international normal standard, we add ZrO2 in content of 14.5% or 16.5% on the raw material of fiberglass roving to produce AR roving, in short “GRC”, which is used as reinforcement in cement and concrete. Filament diamater is 13um, yarn density is 2400tex or 4800tex, each bobbin is 19kg, one 20’GP can load 20 pallets, 48bobbin/pallet, total 18240kgs. As per usage, there are two types, one is premixed type and another is water-dispersed type. We also can supply GRC chopped strands, the length and related loading quantity is as follows:
a. fiber length: 6mm, 25kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, one 20’GP loads 20pallets, 20000kgs
b. fiber length: 12mm, 20kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, one 20’GP loads 20pallets, 16000kgs
c. fiber length: 24mm, 15kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, one 20’GP can load 20pallets, 12000kgs.
