Our fluid seamless steel tubes are widely used for fluid transport, water conveying (sewage water discharge, water divert project), oil and natural gas long distance transmission as well as fluids.

  • O.D 19.05-168.3mm

  • W.T 2.31-14.27mm

Production Standard and Steel Grade:

  • ASTM A106 (Grade A,B,C)

  • ASTM SA53/SA-53M (Grade A,B,C)

Delivery Situation:

  • Cold draw pipe shall be heat treated after the final cold draw pass at a temperature of 650Degrees Celsius or higher

Correlation Testing:

  • Chemical Composition, Heat Analysis, Product Analysis, Mechanical Properties, Bending Requirements, Flattening Tests, Hydrostatic Tests, Nondestructive Electric Tests

Surface Treatment:

  • Temporary Coating, Special Coating, Galvanized, Antirust Treatment

Oil-dip, Varnish, Passivation, Phosphating, Shot Blasting.
