Properties: Using vibration motor as vibration source, and compared with other types of conveyors and bucket elevator. it has the following vertues: (1) Flexible process layout, small space needed. (2) Low energy consumption, little abrasion against the shells. (3) Low noise, simple structure, and easy for installation and maintenance. (4) Bi-direction conveying. Structure and Working Principle: The two vibrating motors (driven unit of vibrating elevator) are mounted under the conveying tower cross-symmetrically. The conveying tower consists of tubes and screw groove welded around. The conveying tower is mounted on vibration absorber, which is composed of pedestal and isolation springs. When the vibrating elevator works, under the self-synchronous principle of dual vibration motors, the vibration force generated by the motors will force the conveying tower to vibrate in both the horizontal and vertical circular directions that combines a compound vibration. The material inside the groove will go for uniform circular motion following the spiral groove due to the role of the conveying trough, thus to complete the material up (or down) conveying operation.
