COD (corrugated optic duct) is composed of inner pipes (3-5-7pcs) , outer helix corrugated pipe as integrated .

All inner pipes and outer pipes are made of HDPE material , with high elasticity and better flexibility, be able to leading optic cable of 75% diameter of inner pipes instead of traditional 50% diameter.widely used in optical cable and cable protection pipe.

This machine main material is PVC,PP,PE,producing small diameter single wall corrugated pipes. Then through relevant mould , forming the corrugated pipe with smooth inside and outside and equal corrugated.
