The automatic filling production line for high-accuracy fire extinguisher is a new product designed and manufactured by the scientific research persons of our company through consulting and following the requirements and the features for the production of domestic and foreign fire extinguisher. Its success marks the fire-extinguish filling automation to step on a new stage. This automatic production line is equipped with relevant high accuracy sensors, under the control of the programmable logic controller (PLC), to conduct testing and monitoring for various parameters such as speed, location, weight, torque, sealing performance etc., to form a closed ring control system. All working position transfers and actions adopt air pressure transmission and control so that it is automation equipment that has integrated optical, mechanic, electric, pneumatic and power components into a whole. This product is mainly composed of below units: supporting roller conveyer, original agent source device, rough filling and fine filling system, vibration filling valve, cylinder valve turning tightly, pressurizing work position, leakage inspection, label sticking or silk tape printing etc, each of which can work as an alone unit, also can be organically combined to generate an automatic production. With manpower saving and high output, each production line needs only 2 or 3 men to complete assembling work. Taking a 4kg fire extinguisher as an example: It can produce 220 products each hour. After the equipment arrives at site, the main conveying line and inverse transfer line of the roller conveyer are first put on the ground level for connection, then the perpendicularity and parallelism of the conveyer are adjusted. Take the ground level as the reference to adjust the perpendicularity of the whole line to be not lower than grade 11, the parallelism of both end supporting frames of the support roller shall not be lower than grade 10. Then the tray elevating mechanisms at both ends of the conveyer are mounted. Because the transfer mode of the elevating tray with the conveyer is friction transmission, so the distance between the driving wheel (the roller drive wheel of the conveyer) and the driven wheel (the roller drive wheel of the receiving tray) can not be greater than 1 mm when adjusting the distance between the driving wheel and the driven wheel. (The driving wheel is a steel part, the driven wheel is a polyurethane part.) Certainly, it is determined based on mounting. It is available when elevating is free without impact. Then in accordance with rough filling, fine filling, vibration inserting valve, turning tightly mechanism, air charging unit, air sealing mechanic arm etc sequences to position them beside the conveyer in a proper order. The positioning distance between each work positions takes the bottom hole of the master work position interceptor as reference. Then the vacuum device, dust removing device, original agent source and the support are put behind the production line and reasonably laid down. The powder sucking tube for rough filling is connected with the agent source powder outlet through a vacuum device, the suction tube is connected with the vacuum device. The one end of the power replenishing tube of the fine filling is connected with the fine filling storing power cylinder, the other end is connected with the another powder outlet of the agent source. The pneumatic air source and air storing cylinder of the whole machine are well connected. The transfer, positioning and air supply for the whole machine are supplied by the air compressor. The dust removing device has two pipelines, one pipeline is connected with the rough filling, another pipeline is used for fine filling dust removing. The sensing line of rough filling weighing sensor is connected with the rough filling weight meter, the sensing line of fine filling weighing sensor is connected with the fine filling weight meter. The connecting mode is butt joint. Finally the power supply wiring is well connected. Adopt AC 380V/220V/50Hz.
