         1000pcs: in 7~8days,1000~3000 pcs: In 9~10 days, 10Kpcs in 15 days,after sample approved and payment received.        Rush Service is available for certain products at an extra charge.

        Paypal, T/T or Western Union in advance or 30% deposit,balance before shipment.

         are available and US$2.0/pc will be added on the basis of 100pcs prices.

·         4. Shipment:

·         Shipment way: DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS,etc.  Once we ship the goods, we will provid you the DHL/UPS tracking number next day.

·         Shipping Charges: Shipping rates quoted are estimates only. Shipping charges are calculated by our courier\'s automated system.  

·         Shipping Delays: We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified for each product, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

·         5. Artwork Requirements: Why .ai or.eps? 

        For logo imprint or engraving, the logo image or text must be provided as a vector file.The main reason is because vector images retains its clarity when scaled up or down.

        All products carry one Year Warranty. Amax Solar will replace any defective merchandise for a brand new item within the warranty period from the original invoice date.
