1. Automatic Aluminum Foil Roll Rewinding and Cutting Machine is with for slitting thin material, such as thin paper, cigarette paper, tipping paper, hot stamping foil, aluminum foil, plastic film(PVC,OPP,PET,CPP), etc.

2. Automatic Aluminum Foil Roll Rewinding and Cutting Machine is with Siemens PLC and touch screen, all parameters can be displayed on the monitor. Only presetting roll diameter, material thickness and initial tension, the machine will work automatically.

3. Automatic Aluminum Foil Roll Rewinding and Cutting Machine adopts 3 sets Yaskawa frequency inverter (5.5kw), 3 sets Siemens inverter motors to control material feeding and rewinding tension.

4. Automatic Aluminum Foil Roll Rewinding and Cutting Machine is with KONTEC photocells from Taiwan to track material edge and rectify motor make sure accurate position.

5. Automatic Aluminum Foil Roll Rewinding and Cutting Machine adopts pneumatic devices to control pressure roller which pressure is adjustable to make thin material rewind perfect.

6. It adopts pneumatic loading system and unloading system.
