High precision cold drawn seamless steel tube is used as the tube to be black phosphated, the black phosphated is realized with the imported chemical fluid to form a black protected film, the anti-rust oil is absorbed by the means of the micro pore on the film to prevent from the rust and two caps are sealed at two ends of the tube to prevent from the dust.

Main Feature:

Bright black and the color is evenly distributed on the surface of tube and has good propery of antirust.

High-pressure oil supply system including automobile, motorcycle, hydraulic machinery, and machine tool, etc.

Surface Quality:

The internal and external surfaces of the mose be clean without any oxidization, crack, fold, rolling fold, scar and laminar defect. The status of inner and outer surface is the same as that of the process and heat treatment, but the depth of defects (e.g..sctatch mark ,bulge and concavity) is mot allowed to exceed 0.025mm (such requirement is stricter than DIN2391 standard).
