Product structure :
SP Series Double crusher mainly consists of base body, hob rotor, centrifugal hammer rotor,
transmission, material inlet,material outlet etc. several components:
(1). Base body: join and play a role in supporting the various components grinder to form a whole.
Material crushed will be sucked out by the wind from the base side.
(2). Hob rotor: Be consist of principal axis, hob plate, blade, spacer, bearings and other parts, are broken
parts of the primary crusher .
(3). Centrifuge rotor hammer: Be consist of the principal axis, hammer holder plate, hammer, pin, bearings
and other parts, are major components of crusher , the rotor speed is higher.
(4). Inlet Shell: material inlets and the cover of coarse chamber .
(5). Broken main shell: Connecting coarse grinding and fine grinding , as well as Fixed meal power
components
(6). Other parts: bearing block, shock absorption pads, shields, motor, reducer, etc.
Work principle:
Need pulverized material through the inlet into the coarse grinding room, coarse grinding rotor shaft
installed with several hob plates, alternating with the fixed knife cut, carrying on the timber for primary
crusher. After the coarse grinding the material directly into the find grinding room,being further pulverized
by the hammer on the rotor of fine grinding , the pulverized material to the discharge port through the
sieve was sucked out by fan blower (fan to be equipped with another).
