Order Flow

Consultation to Contract
1. Contact us: Please give us an outline of the parts to be manufactured and

    terms such as quantity and delivery. 
2. Send the schematic: Please send a schematic so that we can examine the details.
3. Consultation: We will hold a consultation to confirm requirements such as specifications.

4. Estimate: An estimate will be drawn up based on the results of the consultation.
    It will list the price, delivery date, and terms and conditions, so please review it carefully.
5. Contract: If there are no issues with the terms of the written estimate,

    we will take your order in writing and make a contract.

6. Machining: The machining will be scheduled and performed to meet your desired delivery

    date without fail.
7. Post-processing / Post-treatment: If welding, grinding, plating, surface treatment, hardening, etc. are

    necessary, the processing or treatments will be performed at one of our company\'s affiliated factories.

8. Testing: We test all items prior to shipping and create a results sheet.
    If a component analysis list or pressure-resistance testing, etc. are required,

    we will take care of it, including preparing documentation.
9. Shipping / Delivery: If there are no particular instructions,

    we will deliver the items by parcel delivery service. For heavy items,

    we will engage a specialist vendor for delivery.
    We also provide exports overseas.
